Gangwon National University announced on the 25th that CUSTOGEN (CEO Lee Seung-tae) and ShinSung Biopharm (CEO Song, Mi-ra), invested by Gangwon National University Technology Holdings (CEO Jang, Cheol-seong, Director of Gangwon National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Group), were finally selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ Private Investment-led Technology Startup Support Project (TIPS). The TIPS project is a private sector-led project that selects and fosters startup teams with technology that will lead the global market. Selected companies can receive various benefits, such as up to 500 million won in R&D expenses, 100 million won in commercialization funds, and overseas expansion support funds, to accelerate technology commercialization and market entry.
